Hi Mark
Thank you for the invoice. I would like to take the opportunity to express my thanks for the great service you provided today. While I was very happy with the initial delivery time of two hours from when I phoned, when the bin actually arrived within thirty minutes I was really impressed as it tied in perfectly with my work program. I would also like to mention how impressed I was with the Lady driving the truck when the bin arrived. She has a lovely personality and nothing was too much trouble for her. An asset to treasure I think. The pickup was also extremely prompt. It only took me about an hour an a half to load the bin and it was collected again within about forty five minutes of my call. Unfortunately I was not on hand when it was collected but I am happy, to say the least, that the lawn over which the truck had to drive, showed no evidence that it had been there. Had there been of course I would have understood. In this day and age it is extremely refreshing to have dealings with a Company who takes pride in what they are doing and go the extra mile, as they say. I am in my seventies and can well remember when service, like I have had today, was the norm. Alas, those days are mostly gone – but not entirely. Thank you. Greatly appreciated. I rang early on a Sunday morning, you said you could deliver a bin to me within 1 hour, and sure enough you did just that. You placed the bin in a difficult position after having to back down my very narrow driveway which is at the bottom of a r.o.w. The bin was picked up when promised, and you and your company just made the whole experience hassle free for me.
